These videos are awesome for learning how to snowboard boardslides. If you want to get boardslides down, you need to have a good counter-rotated body position. Your upper body should rotate opposite to the lower body.
Before you start to try these, you should have 50-50′s down first so you are more familiar with how the board slides on rails, boxes or whatever feature for you. Another key component is your arms so always be sure to use them. Keep them active.
